You are the reason we are here!
At your first visit you will be at our office for approximately 1 ½ hours. The Doctor will go over your history and have you fill out a “Chief Complaint” form. Next x-rays will be taken on site, developed and analyzed. We are x-ray based and adjust you accordingly. After your first adjustment a treatment plan will be set up for you personally. Each visit following will normally be scheduled for 15 minutes per visit.

The paperwork provides general information about you which needs to be filled out prior to seeing the Dr.

Automobile Accidents
The new patient packet needs to be filled out as well as the auto accident packet.
* The date of accident must be included.

Consultation
Once the paperwork has been completed and given to the Doctor, she will discuss your reasons for being seen in a very relaxing setting.
